By downloading or using the Fish Jump application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. One account per person and per device is permitted.
The App is a free casual game. In-game coins, diamonds, and other virtual items have no monetary value by themselves and are not your property. Reward amounts, exchange rates, withdrawal thresholds, and availability of any redemption feature may change or be discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.
You agree not to: use emulators, bots, scripts, modified clients, or other automation; create multiple accounts; exploit bugs; interfere with advertising; or otherwise abuse the App. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of your account without notice.
The App is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are provided by external networks and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or websites.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate the service, or your access to it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time; you can request account deletion through the in-app Feedback feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
